Graduates of the Institute of Sport, Tourism and Service are working in the leading Russian companies and corporations in the sphere of education and social services (tourism, hospitality, HoReCa). More than 200 organizations are the Institute’s partners. Key employers are: the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Chelyabinsk region, the Ministry of Culture of the Chelyabinsk region, Center of Tourism Development of the Chelyabinsk region, Judo Olympic Training Center of the Chelyabinsk region, the Traktor Ice Hockey Club; professional associations: Russian Federations of cross-country skiing, orienteering, kickboxing, swimming, heavy athletics; tourist companies: Sputnik, Pegas Tour, TEZ-Tour; hotels: Smolino Park, Beryozka, Holiday Inn, Radisson; ski resorts: Solnechnaya Dolina (Sunny Valley), Zolotoi Plyazh, etc.

Petrov Dmitry Yurievich, born in 1982, graduated in 2007

Honored Master of Sports in Track and Field. The title was awarded in 2006 for bronze medal in relay race 4x400 m in World championship held in Moscow. Prize winner of Europe championship among juniors. Prize winner of two World Student Games – in South Korea, 2003 and in Turkey, 2005. His records are still not broken in the Chelyabinsk region. 

 

Alena Avseeva, born in 1980, graduated in 2001

Master of Sports in Track and Field, Champion of Russia in 100m running in 2005. 2nd prize winner of European cup in London, 1999 among “club” teams. Bronze prize winner of XX Century Stars competition in Moscow. Alena graduated from university with honors. 

 

Anna Ustinova, graduated in 2002

Master of Sports in Orienteering. Anna graduated from university with honors. She became a two-time World Champion among juniors as a member of Russian team in ski orienteering in 1999 (Bulgaria). World champion in bicycle orienteering in 2006, Finland. Prize winner of Europe championship in bicycle orienteering in Poland 2006, Italy 2007. Now Anna works at sports school in the Ozersk city.

Master of Sports in Speed Skating, International Class. Member of regular Russian team since 1994. Multiple Champion of Russia in 3000-5000 m distance. Winner of World Cup stage in Salt Lake City. Participant of Olympic Games in 2002 (Salt Lake City) and 2006 (Turin).

 

Bushmanov Sergey, born in 1982, graduated in 2005

Master of Sports in Kickboxing, International class. Two-time World champion in 2044, 2005 in weight category 70 kg. Silver prize winner of the World Championship in 2003. Champion of Russia of 2002-2005.

 

Vadim Yumaguen, born in 1982, graduated in 2004

Master of Sports in Kickboxing, two-time silver prize winner of the World Championship in 2004-2005 in weight category up to 67 kg. Europe champion in 2005 (Cyprus). Vadim finished his postgraduate studies in 2007. 

 

Volozhenin Valery, born in 1980, graduated in 2004

Master of Sports in Kickboxing, Master of Sports in Hand-to-hand Fight. Bronze prize winner of the World championship in weight category up to 81 kg in 2005, Greece. Champion of Urals n hand-to-hand fight. Now Valery occupies the 3rd position in professional rating.

 

Barakhoev Seyfudin, born in 1984, graduated in 2006

Master of Sports in Kickboxing. Two-time winner of World championship among juniors in “full and light contact” sections in 2002, Greece. Champion of Russia in Boxing in weight category up to 79 kg among experts, 2007. In that year Seyfudin became the winner of Valuyev Cup. Nowadays Seyfudin is the candidate for Intercontinental Champion according to IBF. 

 

Bakhareva (Baryshnikova) Anstasiya, Senior Teacher of the department of sports improvement, Candidate of Sciences (Biology), Master of Sports in Skiing. She graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of the South Ural State University, the department of physical and psychological rehabilitation in 2005.

Sports Achievements:

  • multiple winner of the Chelyabinsk region; 
  • 2nd winner among juniors “Youth of Russia” , Zaintsk, 2001; 
  • 5th winner of Russian Championship among juniors, Rybinsk, 5 km, 2002;
  • Winner of Ural Federal Okrug Championship among juniors, 15 km, 2003;
  • 4th winner of Russian Championship, Vologda, 5 km, 2003;
  • Winner of Military Championship among juniors, 20 km, Sait-Petersburg, 2002;
  • prize winner of Cheleabinsk Higher Educaation Institutions Spartakiad, 2002-2006.
 

Shakhovsky Aleksey Pavlovich, graduated in 2007

trainee of Y.N. Romanov, Master of Sports in Kickboxing, graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of the South Ural State University and in 2007 became a Teacher at the Department of Sports Improvement. Master of Sports, Champion of World Cup in Kickboxing (Moscow, 2004), two-time Silver prize winner of World Championships (Cyprus, 2005, Greece, 2006), Champion of Russia among students in Kickboxing (Chelyabinsk, 2007). Two-time prize winner of Russian in-country forces on “Complex FightingSport” (Moscow, 2007), (Saratov, 2008).  Now Aleksey continues his regular training and takes part in competitions of different levels.

Head of hockey team Polytekhnik, Teacher at the Department of Sports Improvement. Assistant coach since 2007.

Master of Sports in Powerlifting, International Class. Multiple champion of Russia among juniors, World champion and record-breaker among juniors, 2003.

 

Shadrin Yelena, graduated in 2008

Master of Sports in Weight lifting, International Class. Champion of Russia, 2008, multiple prize winner of Russian Championships. 3rd winner of Asian Championship. Champion of Russia among students, 2003, 2005, 2008.

Champion of Ural Federal Okrug, 2007, Candidate Master of Sports in Track and Field.

 

Tiltina Valerya Aleksandrovna, graduated in 2008
