Center for collective use in energy and energy efficiency was created in 2006.
The purpose of the center is a methodological and instrumental provision of the research projects including energy effective projects in the field of housing and social services, the creation of pilot-demonstration zone for testing of promising energy-saving technologies.
Within the center was established the sector of research and educational activities, which is located in the South-Ural State University, and equipped with a unique facilities produced in a single copy and have no analogues in the world.
The Center also has an area, created together with the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Plant" Pribor ", which provides the functioning of the sector with the diagnostic equipment.
