Description of the educational programme

The educational program 41.03.05 International Relations is developed on the basis of FSES 3+ taking into account needs of the regional labor market, traditions and achievements of scientific and pedagogical school of the University in accordance with requirements of the Federal legislation.

The aim of the program is formation of cultural and professional competencies in accordance with the requirements of FSES 3+, as well as of the modern labor market, where there is a great demand for highly qualified specialists with universal competencies in the field of the world economy and politics.

Representatives of partner enterprises participated in the development of the educational program:

  • Center for International Education Programs,
  • SUSU International Office.

The field of professional activity of graduates includes: international political, economic, scientific, technical, military-political, humanitarian, ideological relations; regulation of global political, economic, military, environmental, cultural, ideological and other processes; international relations in the field of culture, science and education; diplomacy and foreign policy of the Russian Federation; cross-border relations of Russian regions; bases for analysis of modern global problems and processes; Higher education in the field of international relations, world politics and integrated international security.

The objects of professional activity of graduates are:

  • government departments, federal and regional government bodies and administrations;
  • international organizations;
  • Russian and foreign business structures, non-profit and public organizations supporting international relations or dealing with international issues;
  • editorial offices of media outlets;
  • educational organizations of higher education with international issues, international academic and research organizations.
