Professor of Trade and Economic Faculty won grant for studying consumer demands for catering services

 
Ekaterina Konkova, Associate Professor of Trade Economics Department of Trade and Economic Faculty and Candidate of Science, won grant of "Analysis, Forecasting and Regulation of Social Stability in the Regions".
 
The grant was given for the victory in the contest within the project "Support in Developing of Scientific, Academic and Teaching Staff Mobility within Russia" of Federal special-purpose program "Scientific, Academic and Teaching Staff of Innovative Russia" for 2009-2013.
 
According to Ekaterina Dmitrievna the victory in contest and receiving the grant is, first of all, a great opportunity to publish her scientific works and exchange her knowledge with colleagues at school-seminar.
 
Whithin the framework of the project Ekaterina Dmitrievna will take part in the scientific school-seminar for young scientists which will take place on 3-4 December, 2012 in St. Petersburg State Trade and Economics University. At school-seminar she will represent the results of reseach work "Studying of Consumer Demand on Catering Services as Factor of Territorial Logistics". Such kinds of research are of great interest among the businessmen and regional and municipal authorities as well for development planning of catering services market.
