On the 7th of November Tatyana Evgenevna Meshkova, Senior Professor of Accounting and Finance Department of Trade and Economic Faculty, has successfully defended Candidate thesis in Ecomonic Sciences in Ural Federal University Named After the First President of Russia B.N. Eltsin.
The scientific research of Tatyana Evgenevna is dedicated to the development of tools for economic based designing, construction and operation of buildings and plants as the control method of investments in the immovable property. This method is closely connected with the construction technologies and allows to take into account all the risks connected with the investments into immovable property taking as the basis the calculations of bearing capability of the construction objects. The implementation of the above mentioned method suggested by Tatyana Evgenevna will alow the construction companies, investment and development companies and aslo real estate agencies to make effective decisions connected with investments into the real estate taking into account all possible production and natural risk factors.
