During the course of the 45.03.02 program "Linguistics. Profile: Translation and Translation Studies" (Bachelor's degree) and 45.04.02 "Linguistics. Program: Theory and Practice of Translation" (Master's degree) students will be able to gain not only basic but also in-depth knowledge in their chosen field. Graduates apply their skills not only in the field of linguistic education but also in everyday and professional life where the ability to work with texts and speak foreign languages using remote technologies is becoming increasingly in demand.

Institute of Linguistics and International Communications has opened the only program in the region in the field of 45.03.02 "Linguistics. Profile: Theory and methodology of teaching foreign languages and cultures" with in-depth study of Chinese and English languages. This program is suitable for those who want not only to receive a fundamental linguistic education and to be fluent in two foreign languages but also to master modern methods and technologies of their teaching. Studying at the program brings opportunities for obtaining a highly sought-after profession of a foreign language teacher, to develop intercultural communication skills and also provides with competitive advantages when working in educational institutions, online language schools and language centers in Russia and abroad.

The program is intended for students seeking to understand modern world politics, Russia's place in the world, international economic relations, as well as those wishing to pursue a career in international trade and commerce, diplomacy, education and science, journalism and other related fields.

Are you interested in Asian countries? Then the course of study 41.03.01 "Foreign Regional studies. Profile: Asian Studies" is for you! Study Chinese and English, dive into the political geography and history of China, study Chinese literature and business etiquette and prepare to become an expert in establishing international contacts with China.

Program 41.03.04 "Political Science. Political Management (Bachelor's degree) prepares students for professional activities in the field of political analysis and consulting, management of political processes at the municipal, regional and national levels, public relations and government organizations (PR and GR). Students gain up-to-date knowledge about socio-political processes in Russia and the world, acquire modern skills in scientific and practical activities in the field of politics.
