48 Hours to Develop a Videogame – Global Game Jam Returns to SUSU

January 25th-27th, the SUSU School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science will hold the Global Game Jam, the largest international contest for the development of video games, for the 6th time. The participants of GGJ are given 48 hours to gather a team and create a game from scratch within the given topic – at the same time as more than 20 thousand programmers, artists, game designers, and game lovers from dozens of countries!

A strategy session organised by the National Agency of Social Communications (NASC) took place at South Ural State University.

The Agency is specialised at holding strategy sessions using a specific technique: it allows rallying a team within short period of time and as a result formulate a roadmap.

Such a session was organised at South Ural State University. The event was intended to revive production of engines in Russia and make them maximally eco-friendly, comfortable, useful and productive.

SUSU Association of International Students Celebrates its Anniversary

On December 24th, the Association of International Student (AIS) of South Ural State University celebrated 5 years since its founding.

More than 2500 international students from 52 countries around the world are studying at SUSU. They are united by the SUSU Association of International Students.

SUSU rector Aleksandr Shestakov noted the importance of the work of the Association of International Students for the university.
