Today, on February 25th, opening ceremony of the 10th season of CASE-IN International Engineering Championship will be held in an online format. Participants, experts and guests of “Russia Is a Land of Opportunity” presidential platform from different parts of our country will join the teleconference to discuss the most important industry topics and begin the contest.
Organizing committee of the CASE-IN championship has prepared an extensive interactive program. During the opening ceremony, the organizers will talk about the achievements of the engineering competition. Under the “10 Steps - Seasons towards Each Other” motto, in a dialogue on equal terms, participants and employers will discuss the championship as an educational ecosystem that has grown over 10 years.

Pupils, students, young specialists, representatives of universities and industry companies from different regions of Russia will speak on topics relevant to the industry. In particular, they will speak on how the trajectory of professional development should be built nowadays from school to enterprise, how to promote employer brand among the youth, how the motivation of young people is transformed in the context of the request for soft skills, the strategy for developing and retaining young professionals in the company.
The anniversary season of the CASE-IN International Engineering Championship is promised to be an exciting and multi-aspect one. The main season of the championship will last 5 months and end with the final to be held in Moscow at the end of May 2022. The participants will have to solve tasks on the Industry 4.0 topic. The single theme of the season will cover all engineering cases and other tasks that will be designed by the partners of the championship: companies of the fuel-and-energy and mineral-and-raw-materials complexes, nuclear industry and related industries.
"Industry 4.0" implies the all-encompassing introduction of modern technologies, artificial intelligence, robotization and digitalization of all processes, augmented and virtual reality into our lives. It is namely young generation who will implement the benefits of the fourth industrial revolution. We are waiting for new ideas from the participants of the CASE-IN championship that will lead to the creation of new fields and products, and will help increase productivity, competitiveness and safety in key sectors of the economy of our country,” said the Founder and Co-chairman of the organizing committee of the CASE-IN championship Artem Korolev.
Pupils, students and young specialists from any region of Russia can apply to take part in the championship.
The Deputy General Director of the Autonomous Non-commercial Organisation “Russia Is a Land of Opportunity Aleksey Agafonov shared: “We are developing this project for it to function as a social elevator. Thus, the reward for the winners will be the growth opportunities. Pupils will obtain extra score points in the Unified State Examination when enrolling in 42 partner universities of the project, students will be provided with preferential conditions when enrolling in Master’s degree programmes and postgraduate studies in 20 partner universities, and for young specialists this will help in their professional and career growth. Also, the best participants will participate in industry youth educational forums.

Organizers of the Autumn Cup of the CASE-IN Championship are Nadezhnaya Smena Foundation, Youth Forum of Mining Leaders non-profit partnership, and OOO AstraLogika. The CASE-IN project is implemented within the frameworks of the Social Elevators for Everyone federal project of the Education national project.

CASE-IN International Engineering Championship is an international system of contests on solving engineering cases among pupils, students and young specialists in the fuel-and-energy and mineral-and-raw-materials complexes. The championship is implemented in accordance with the Action Plan aimed at popularizing vocational and engineering professions, approved in 2015.
