MBA Centre Awarded Diplomas to Court-appointed Receivers

Graduates of the professional retraining programme in Crisis Management and the Activities of Court-appointed Receivers have been awarded diplomas at the MBA Centre.

The training programme for court-appointed receivers at South Ural State University has been implemented since 2000. During this time, more than 700 managers and specialists in bankruptcy and crisis management have undergone retraining.

The training lasted 4 months. Classes were taught by academic staff members of South Ural State University, acting court-appointed receivers, practicing specialists of the regional Rosreestr.

“The programme provides a set of knowledge and practical skills in the field of legal framework of the execution of bankruptcy and arbitration procedures, crisis management and financial recovery of enterprises, crisis management, financial analysis and monitoring of activities of enterprise, its diagnosis and prevention of indigency and insolvency,” said the Director of the SUSU MBA Centre Irina Dergaleva.
