The 2nd URAL FEST Ural Forum for International Students and Alumni to Be Held at SUSU

The big-scale URAL FEST Forum will be held at South Ural State University April 25th through April 29th, 2021. The Forum is dedicated to supporting and developing the international student and alumni community within the Ural Federal District and nearby regions. Registration is open until April 10th.

The event will bring together students and alumni from various countries, those who have chosen Russian universities to receive a prestigious education. Experts, coaches, and participants of the Forum will discuss how international students live and study in a new environment, intercultural communications, effective cooperation between universities and students or alumni, and many other questions. A strategic session, training sessions, and entertainment and sports programs will make it possible to take a new look at the development of international relations in education, make new acquaintances, and contribute to the internationalization of Russian universities.

The Forum is held with grant support from the Rosmolodezh Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. The main organizers include the South Ural Association of International Students and Alumni, South Ural State University, and the Global Alumni Alliance.

The first URAL FEST Ural Forum for International Students and Alumni was held in November 2019. It was the first event of its kind for the Chelyabinsk Region and it launched a platform for creating the necessary conditions for communication between young international students and Russian students in the Ural region.

We invite all international students and alumni from universities of the Ural Federal District and other regions to participate in the URAL FEST.
