October 15 at 15:00, an Information Day arranged specifically for Chinese students is to take place at SIGMA Academic Complex. Citizens of China – attendees, students and postgraduates of all years of study – are invited to the meeting.
At the meeting, Director of the Campus, Director of the Medical Centre, Deputy Head of the Department of Physical Education and Health, Head of the International Student Support department, Head of the Immigration Services Office and Head of the SUSU Extracurricular Activities Department are going to deliver their speeches to Chinese students.
Moreover, representatives of the Directorate for Migration Affairs of the HO MIA of Russia for the Chelyabinsk region are expected to attend the meeting. Deputy Head of the Department for Labor Migration, Deputy Head of the Immigration Control Department, and Division Head of the Department of Visa Permitting Services will explain the specificity of migration support for Chinese citizens in the Russian Federation to international students.
Administrative staff of departments, directorates and the Campus as well as university guests will explain to Chinese students the following:
- The rules of stay applicable to foreign citizens;
- Some tips for quick adaptation in Russia;
- The rules of staying at the dormitory;
- The holidays in which international students may participate.
