On December 8, students of South Ural State University took part in the 5th Student Forum on Jurisprudence held at Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).
Students of group Yu-330 of the SUSU Institute of Law, Valentin Shchegolev and Sergey Marukhnenko, became the winners of an intellectual competition held in the format of a game judicial process.
The students competed against teams representing MSAL and MSU’s Faculty of Law: the teams had to provide a legal assessment to staged cases, featuring such topical concepts as bitcoin, crypto pouches and digital financial assets. Valentin and Sergey secured a confident victory.
Training of the students for participation in the game judicial processes was conducted by Candidate of Sciences (Law), Associate Professor at the SUSU Department of Civil Law and Civil Legal Procedures, Svetlana Polich.
