Best Student Developments Presented at SUSU

The opening of the IV Annual Exhibition of Scientific and Creative Works of South Ural State University Students was held on April 26th. Every institute and higher school presented developments, projects, and research work completed under the guidance of the University’s leading teachers and pedagogical staff.

The vice-rector of academic work Andrey Radionov congratulated everyone with the opening of the exhibition:

“I want to say that ‘university’ isn’t just education, it’s also scientific and technical creativity and the pursuit of science! We are paying a lot of attention to such events and helping with their development. Some have participated in this event before, and for some people this is their first research, and they’re getting their first results! Good luck to you!”

Today’s models, display and constructions show the active participation of students in the University’s scientific life. The exhibition once more stressed SUSU’s globality, bringing together humanitarian, technical, social, natural, and hard sciences and creations together in one space.

Among the many displays you can see innovative engineering solutions, a project for the adaptive system of managing a ships’ course, a model for a sports internet portal, concepts for city buildings and quick-charge stations for electric vehicle motors, and much more.

More than 100 students and teachers participate in this event annually and you can get to know 80 different exhibits.

According to the organizers, these research projects are the base for creating a portfolio and a stable foundation for the search for new research.

At the end of the event a booklet will be published. The broadness of the research works is proof of the creative activity, importance, and relevance of holding exhibition events for SUSU students.
