SUSU International Scientific Council Will Unite Leading Scientists All Over the World

The International Scientific Council is founded in SUSU. It consists of the world's leading scientists, who have a vast research experience in fundamental and computer sciences, engineering and medicine.

A key objective of the International Scientific Council is to coordinate the research and educational activities of the University in accordance with the best international practices.

Already in autumn 2016 during the first meeting, the participants of the International Scientific Council - Dr. Thomas Ludwig, Dr. Earl H. Dowell, Dr. Muthupandian Ashokkumar, Dr. Panayotis Koutentis, Dr. Jack Dongarra, Dr. Santiago García-Granda, Dr. Ron de Kloet, Dr. María Josefa Yzuel, Dr. Jaewan Kim, Dr. Mohammed Milad, Edward L.Monser – will conduct an external examination of the work of the University and will help to determine the breakthrough areas of development of  SUSU for the period of 2018-2020.

The establishment of the International Scientific Council of South Ural State University is one of the most important initiatives in the framework of the road map of the University. Its work will allow making an independent international expert assessment and adjusting the work of the university in accordance with the best international practices.

The operation of the International Scientific Council SUSU will not only improve the quality of SUSU research and educational projects, but also the successful integration of the University into the international academic environment.
