School of Young Information Protector has successfully started its classes at Information Systems Security Department of Computer Technologies, Control and Radioelectronics Faculty.
The high school students from schools of all the districts of Chelyabinsk and Kopeysk as well have attended the first class. 25 students of 9-11 forms, who are interested in computer technologies and eager to study the science and art of information security, have been devided into 3 project groups.
The participants of each group will work out the projects of software and technical information security measures under the supervision of our professors and postgraduates of the department. In April 2013 they will represent the results of their work at Innovative Projects Contest which will be organized by the department's partners – enterprise-licencees Federal Security Service and Federal Service for Technical and Export Control.
The School program also includes study of the information security fundamentals; introduction to the technologies of hacker attack resistance; communication with students of the department who study at Information Security, Information Security of Automared Systems and Information Technologies Security in Law Enforcement Sphere; meetings with graduates and so on.
