The idea of the project is based on two tasks: on the one hand, to boost students' interest in participating in the accelerator events by introducing elements of gamification; and on the other hand, to simplify the accelerator participants' communication with each other, find team members and experts, and help them effectively master entrepreneurship skills within a short time.
Today there are three active participants in the team working on the project:
1. Veronika Voloshina is the team leader, designer, promotion strategy developer.
2. Ivan Morozov is a programmer-developer.
3. Danil Stepanenko is an analyst.
Ivan Morozov (group КЭ-341), the team’s programmer, comments:
"The program is designed to organize an effective work of the organizers of university acceleration programs, streamline work with teams of student participants, and involve them in active entrepreneurial activity in a game form. The program implements the registration of teams using the Telegram chat bot, adjustment and changing of their composition, maintaining an account of conventional monetary units, and accounting for their movement (team participants may transfer funds to each other). The program supports the operation of the marketplace (store) of goods (products) and services offered by both teams and external experts, forms a rating of teams by the amount of funds, and provides a mode of administration and control of teams by the managers of the accelerator."
Aleksey Baskov, an expert at the SUSU Accelerator and the head of the PROcompany startup, which entered the TOP-50 best university startups in Russia, also shares his opinion about the project:
"Axel Market is a great example of a startup developing a digital product using gamification. A well-developed concept and logically integrated game mechanics allow users to fully immerse themselves in the process and increase the efficiency of their interaction. I wish the startup team good luck and success! Everything is in their hands!"
