SUSU Signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Bashkir Academy of Civil Service and Administration

South Ural State University welcomes guests from the Republic of Bashkortostan. Representatives of the Bashkir Academy of Civil Service and Administration under the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan arrived in Chelyabinsk to sign an agreement with SUSU.

“We will cooperate, first of all, in the field of legal education and legal science, and also in the field of state and municipal administration,” said SUSU Rector Aleksandr Shestakov. “We had the idea to create a mass online course that would be interesting for both our university and the Bashkir Academy of Civil Service and Administration. We will work towards this.”

The cooperation agreement was signed by SUSU Rector Aleksandr Shestakov on behalf of SUSU and Rector Daniyar Abdrakhmanov on behalf of the Academy.

"South Ural State University is the major university in the region, which, among other things, is famous for its legal and economic education," notes Daniyar Abdrakhmanov, Rector of the Bashkir Academy of Civil Service and Administration. “We're going to work together within a cooperation network and create dual educational programmes.”

The Bashkir Academy of Civil Service and Administration under the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan is the republic's only institution of higher learning specializing in training specialists for state and municipal service, as well as managers for various branches of the Bashkir economy. Today the Academy offers multilevel training of students in higher education, postgraduate programmes, additional professional education, and professional advancement. It also carries out Bashkir and Russian programs of preparation for personnel reserve.
