The South Ural Railways inform that the Centre for Innovative Development of the Russian Railways has announced an open request for the search of innovative solutions and technologies:
1. “Prevention of the formation of icicles and the accumulation of snow on roofs (applications to be submitted May 24, 2021 through July 30, 2021)
2. “Remote control of gantry container cranes” (applications to be submitted June 1, 2021 through July 30, 2021)
3. “The use of unmanned aerial vehicles in the locomotive complex” (applications to be submitted June 1, 2021 through July 31, 2021)
4. “Alternate material for the construction of asphalt concrete pavement for passenger platforms” (applications to be submitted June 1, 2021 through July 30, 2021)
5. “Installation of an automated ventilation system in chemical and technical laboratories” (applications to be submitted June 1, 2021 through July 30, 2021)
6. “Elimination of rail head collapse in the welded joint zone” (applications to be submitted June 1, 2021 through July 31, 2021)
Applications are accepted through the specialized section “Open Request” in the automated system “Unified Window for Innovations” of the Russian Railways corporate Internet portal.
In the process of considering the applications, preference will be given to innovative solutions that are at the final stage of development with the ability to present a ready-made solution and/or a prototype for trial operation and/or procurement in the interests of the Russian Railways.
