The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation holds a contest to determine who will receive funding from the federal budget for the development of the cooperation of Russian educational organisations of higher education, state scientific institutions, and real-economy organisations for the purposes of fulfilling complex projects on creating high-technology productions (thirteenth stage) within the frameworks of the Government Resolution No. 218 as of 09.04.2018.
Russian organisations of the real economy sector (except for state and municipal institutions) can participate in this contest.
The projects presented for the contest shall provide for the creation of a high-technology production in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as mastering the release of new (improved) high-technology products (services) manufactured (rendered) with the use of the results of scientific-and-research, design-and-experimental, and engineering works under the project.
The complex projects offered for the fulfilment shall imply the participation of Russian educational organisations of higher education, and state scientific institutions.
The amount of the funding is calculated for the period of performing scientific-and-research, design-and-experimental, and engineering works under the project (for 1 to 3 years) and shall not exceed:
- 45 mln. roubles in 2021;
- 100 mln. roubles in 2022;
- 100 mln. roubles in 2023.
Applications for the participation in the contest shall be submitted in hard-copy format in sealed envelopes (applications shall be prepared on the Portal for Applications Registration).
