The Leaders of Internet Communications competition is being held in Russia. The winners will be able to take unique training at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
A week before the registration for the Leaders of Internet Communications competition applications have been received from 79 regions of Russia.
The most active participants are from the Central Federal District - 32%, Volga Federal District - 16%, and Northwestern Federal District - 15%. Every third applicant is a resident of Moscow (21.5%) and St. Petersburg (8%).
“The competition is an important, but only the first step to start forming general requirements, standards, and training programs for “new” professions. We see an urgent need and demand to start systematizing and even at certain points standardizing the electronic communication industry. Therefore, it is important for us to see participants from all over the country in order to create a real community, to understand the picture of the state of human resources in the digital sphere. There are only a few regions left that we cannot yet include in the geography of the competition, but I am sure that all constituent territories of our country will join us by the end of the registration. We need a team of specialists from different parts of Russia, who will become the basis for the formation of a professional community at the beginning of the journey," said Yulia Ablets, Deputy Director General of ANO “Dialog Regiony”.
In his turn, the Head of the Regional Management Centre of the Chelyabinsk Region Artur Fakhrutdinov noted that taking into account the digitalization trend based on feedback, the need for qualified personnel is growing. “We are increasingly faced with new formats in digital sphere, and specialized experts need to constantly improve their qualifications. I believe that this competition will become a step towards the growth and development of all participants,” summed up the Head of the Regional Management Centre of the Chelyabinsk Region.
The Leaders of Internet Communications All-Russian Competition started on January 22, 2021. The organizers are ANO “Dialog” and the Regional Management Centres with the support of ANO “Russia is a Land of Opportunities”. Registration will last until February 26, 2021. The winners of the competition will be able to undergo an internship with the leading Internet experts and mentors, and will also have the opportunity to study free of charge in the educational program for the development of managerial and digital competencies at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
