SUSU Will Continue to Combine Two Formats of Training

Starting from February 8, 2021, the mixed format of the educational process will be implemented at South Ural State University: in-person training in classrooms will prevail but will be complemented by the use of distance learning technologies.

"For full-time students and students of intra-extramural modes of study, lectures will be held with the use of distance learning technologies, all other types of training will be held in classrooms. To make this possible, the class schedule will include separate days when students will not be coming to the university but will be taking the lectures online instead. For part-time students, the examination period for whom begins after February 8th, the training will be offered in the traditional format," shared Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Andrey Radionov.

For international students, before their arrival at the university, the educational process will be organized using online training and distance learning technologies.

The in-person training in classrooms will be organized in compliance with all the measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection and following all the methodological recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights).

In case of changes in the epidemiological situation, the restrictive measures with regard to the educational process organization will be corrected accordingly.
