Applications for the 1st National Competition of IT-Solutions "PROF-IT.Innovation" will close on February 2nd. The goal of the contest is to search for innovative solutions for the digital development of various fields of the economy which can be used in government administration.
Domestic commercial companies, non-profit organisations, and start-ups can submit their projects. The contest is unique in its usefulness for the participants themselves: during the evaluation a direct dialogue will be held with everyone, and the most liked IT solutions will be invited to an online demonstration before the experts give their marks. The winners will be awarded during the IX All-Russian Forum of Regional Informatization "PROF-IT.2021".
Applications are being accepted in 12 categories: "Big Data", "Industrial Internet", "Artificial Intelligence", "Digital Twins", "Wireless Communication Technologies", "Distributed Registry", "Virtual and Augmented Reality Technologies", "Information Security", "Information Resource Management", "Identification and Authentication", "Cloud Technologies", and "Other" (if the project does not fit the proposed nominations).
The contestants will be assessed by an Expert Council which includes representatives of federal ministries: the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Healthcare, the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Construction and Housing, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Voskhod Research Institute, and regional IT ministers of the Russian Federation.
"PROF-IT.Innovation" is organized by the Expert Centre for Electronic Government, which is in its ninth year of holding one of the most authoritative contests of regional informatization, "PROF-IT", and the All-Russian Forum with the same name, which in recent years has become a significant event in the digitalization of public administration.
Applications for the 1st National Competition of IT Solutions "PROF-IT.Innovation" will be accepted until February 2nd on the web-site digit.d-russia.ru.
