SUSU Staff Members and International Students to Take Part in the Eurasia Global International Forum

The fifth anniversary Eurasia Global International Youth Forum is to be held September 2nd through September 8th in Orenburg. Staff members and international students of South Ural State University have the opportunity to become a part of this major event.

The Forum is a platform for a practice-targeted dialogue between young representatives of the Russian Federation and foreign countries, and is being held for the first time under the aegis of UNESCO.

The event is organized by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Rosmolodezh, the Government of the Orenburg Region, and the Federal State Budgetary Institution Resource Youth Centre.

The forum will include a business program, media meetings, discussion of burning issues in the world, collaboration among representatives of countries, and creation of joint initiatives for professional and personal development. One of the specific features of the Forum is Program 2.0., the activities provided by the participants for the participants. In addition, a big-scale cultural program for young people is planned.

“We have been selected for the Eurasia Global International Youth Forum. By participating in this event we get a great chance to establish communication with the representatives of other universities, gain professional experience, and also share that of our own. Within the framework of the forum, we would like to defend our project and, if we’re lucky, to receive a grant,” said the Specialist of the International Student Support of the SUSU International Office Valeria Chachina.

It is also possible to take part in the forum online. Applications are open until August 23rd on the website: https://myrosmol.ru/event/48517. In order to apply, you need to be registered in the system. Note that citizens of the Russian Federation aged from 18 to 30 and international representatives of 18 to 35 years old can become the participants of the online forum.
