“Alania. Testament / The Blood of the Narts”

Photo exhibition

“Alania. Testament / The Blood of the Narts” is an attempt not only to find heroes of the epic in modern Ossetians, but to discover the mythological origins that feed the people’s consciousness, and, I believe, keep forming the cultural, moral and even external appearance of the ethnos till present.”

The Seagull
(by Anton Chekhov)
3,5-hour play

Achingly funny and deeply ironic, The Seagull is among the literary treasures left to us by Anton Chekhov. This story describes the life of ordinary people that love, suffer, hate, drink tea, and swear like sailors. Chekhov brilliantly shows how everyday life can destroy people’s dreams. The Seagull is not about the bird but the big questions and the human spirit, so weak and so powerful.
