Master Classes on Innovative Technologies in Pastry Production to Be Held at SUSU

Master classes on innovative technologies in the field of bakery and pastry production will be held at the production laboratory of the SUSU School of Medical Biology on April 14th and 21st.

The master classes aim at forming professional competences and practical skills of the students. The leading process engineer of Ladya Commercial Firm LLC Oksana Rylskikh, and process engineer of IREKS LLC Leonid Pervukhin will share the subtleties of production with students, and will offer to taste cookies, cakes, and other products.

  • Pao de Queijo cheese baked rolls;
  • Grains and Cereals non-flour bakery;
  • Kornbrot gluten-free bread; and
  • Gluten-free muffins.
