A free master class on Short Terms Instead of Urgency is being organized at the SUSU MBA Center and the SUSU School of Business on March 29th. It is dedicated to implementation of QRM principles (Quick Response Manufacturing).
The master class is being held as a unique simulation business game, during which a problem situation which occurred at production and in the office of a company in a highly competitive market will be played out. As a result, the participants will be able to see in a practical way the benefits of implementing QRM principles.
The master class is aimed at leaders who wish to make their business more fast, efficient and successful, those who affect the organization of production processes and office operations, and at the professionals who follow up on and implement the newest efficient management techniques.
The master class will be hosted by Yulia Babanova, practicing coach of the MBA Center, certified coach of the EMAS international business school, acting member of the Inter-regional Association of Teachers MBA RABO, certified consultant on real business changes which result from the acceleration of production and office processes based on the unique Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) instrument, Deputy Director of the SUSU School of Economics and Management, Associate Professor of the SUSU Innovation Management in Business, Doctor of Sciences (Economics).
