University Corporate Culture Courses for Advanced Training Begin at SUSU

On March 20, courses for advanced training entitled “University Corporate Culture”, organized by SUSU’s Institute of Supplementary Education, started at South Ural State University.

These courses have been developed in accordance with the program for developing workforce capacity of our university. 12 lectures are planned, in the course of which the attendees will learn the history and traditions of SUSU, the development of international universities, the values of research and educational activity, and the university’s policy, mission, prospects of development, and symbols.

Qualified university staff and representatives of the Rector’s office and managerial structures will talk about the phenomenon of an organization’s corporate culture, corporate values, and behavioral ethics of a modern lecturer. In addition, the lectures will include discussion of such important topics as the ethics of scientific publications, distance corporate education, and the university’s digital transformation. The dress code and corporate speech behavior of a university’s lecturer will also be discussed.

Conference hall of Sigma university complex invites lecturers and other employees to take the lecture classes from March 20th through June 20th.
