Interregional Center for Development and Support of Talented Youth Federal Public Institution is holding a Just Love Russia! All-Russian Contest on Patriotic Practices. The contest is supported by Russkiy Mir Foundation established by the initiative of the Russian Federation President V.V. Putin.
The goal of the contest is improvement of forms and methods of work on patriotic upbringing of the Russian Federation citizens, shaping of an active citizenship attitude in all citizens including children and youth, as well as of the feeling of being part of the processes happening in our country, of the history and culture of Russia.
Pre-school educational institutions, institutions of general education, professional education institutions, educational institutions of higher education, supplementary education organizations, institutions of culture, sports and youth policy, public associations and socially-oriented non-profit organizations, as well as other organizations the activities of which comply with the event’s goal are all invited to participate in the contest.
The contest features the following categories:
– “Contest of Patriotic Scenarios”. Under this category the event participants should submit one scenario of a network promotional event, an information and educational event, a cultural and recreational event, and other civic-and-national or military-patriotic event;
– “Contest of Patriotic Practices”. Under this category the event participants should submit one social, humanities, cultural and/or pedagogical (educational) project aiming at improving efficiency of civic-and-national, military-patriotic upbringing, creating conditions for better resource, organizations, methodological support of educational activities on patriotic support of children and youth;
– “Contest of Patriotic Associations”. Under this category one youth military-patriotic association is presented, or a military-patriotic for children, which were created and are functioning under procedure and in compliance with conditions stipulated by Provision No.551 “On Military-patriotic for Children and Youth” approved by the Russian Federation Government as of 24.07.2000; and
– “Contest of Museum Initiatives”. Under this category museums or museum rooms (corners, stands, displays, exhibitions, etc.) are presented, which were created and are functioning at educational organizations, or independently, on a temporary or permanent basis. Only one relevant project may be presented under one application.
The event is held in a correspondence mode. To participate in the event, self-nominated organizations or participants should file their applications before 24:00 hours Moscow time of 30.04.2018. The participation application should be filed by filling out a form “Filing Applications to Participate in Federal Contests” in the Unified Electronic Information System.
