Second Annual “IT Forum Chelyabinsk” has started today at South Ural State University.
The Forum aims at improving the level of the informational society and the population’s quality of life by means of using IT technologies in various spheres of social life, as well as at facilitating the exchange of the best practices.
The guests of the event under the slogan “Digitalize or Die” will have a chance to appreciate the speech by Pavel Podkorytov, Managing Partner of “Napoleon IT”, and the winner of the award “Person of the Year 2017” in the category of “Information Technologies” according to “Delovoi Kvartal” (“Business Quarter”) magazine.
Yandex training expert Evgenii Letov will share the hottest trends in Yandex advertising: how to 15x speed up loading of web-site pages using new technologies, how to post advertisement on the Internet within a certain area with the precision of 500 meters, how to automatically set advertising without the key words, and how to create a creative banner with the help of robots.
Event-manager of the Chelyabinsk IT Park Ekaterina Kondakova will review the IT events to be held at South Ural in the near future. Elena Morozova from the Foundation for Development of Internet Initiatives will tell about the prospects of attracting funds by start-up projects.
Representatives of “Rostelecom” Company will present their cloud solutions, and the owner of home mining rig Artem Mikheev will share how to profit from digital currency. Besides lectures by the leading Chelyabinsk IT companies, the participants will be able to listen to speeches by the representatives of the Chelyabinsk Region Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications, visit demonstration grounds, and take part in prize giveaways by the event’s partners.
