SUSU Welcomes Volunteers of the Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum

 

On October 2, 2017 a meeting of the volunteers of the Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum will take place at South Ural State University.

The volunteers will be helping during the events of the Forum between the two countries. For several days they will be working with the conference participants and guests at the Press Center, at the guests’ accreditation site, and at the logistics office. The volunteers will organize the recreation activities of the guests, will accompany them at the hotels and at walks around the city.

Within the framework of the meeting of the volunteers (residents of Chelyabinsk and the Chelyabinsk Region) speeches will be held by guests of honour, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Chelyabinsk Region Anton Bakhaev, and Member of the Chelyabinsk Region Public Chamber, Director of Nonprofit Autonomous Organization “The International Cooperation Agency of the Chelyabinsk Region” Olga Aleynikova. After that, the Head of the Volunteers Team Veronika Livonchik will present the fields of volunteer activity at the Forum, introduce those responsible for each field of the Volunteers Team. Guests will have a chance to ask questions in an “open mic” form. A photo shoot zone will be open in the course of the event. Let us remind that a meeting of the two presidents will take place at the Interregional Cooperation Forum: Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev. This Forum has been held since 2003, and Chelyabinsk will be welcoming it already for the 14th time.
