The regular strategic session was held on December 22 in the framework of development of the so-called “roadmap”, i.e. a strategic long-term plan of SUSU development for the period of 2016-2020.
The topic of a new session was development of possible scenarios of the Project budgeting. The search for solutions was organized in the form of a business game with the maximum plunge into reality.
The members of the working groups of the University departments were divided into teams. Each group received the equal prearranged budget. The groups were given a task. They had to plan the budget so that they could get the maximum result in science and education. This challenging task encouraged the groups to use the creative potential during the brainstorm session.
Each working group had individual results in terms of efficiency. Later on, the participants under the guidance of Alexander Leonidovich Shestakov analyzed advantages and standard flaws in the variants of a hypothetical roadmap.
According to all accounts, the business game helped to find more rational solution concerning funds for events and control of their application.
The best ideas from the working groups will be used in a real roadmap of 5-100 Project, development of which will be finished in a month in January 2016.
