The researches of the department “Inspection and quality control of food production” and “Facilities and technology of food production” are honored with the award at the XVII Russian wide exhibition “Zolotaya osen” that took place in Moscow, October 2015. At the most important agricultural forum in Russia, the researchers of Institute of Trade and Economic are honored with a cold, silver and bronze medals.
The cold medal was honored for the development of control method in technical solutions of Meat systems with the usage of fermentative complexes. The silver medal was honored for the development of retarder proofer of bread and flour products hardening. Three researchers were honored with the bronze medals for the developments “Securing stability of meat emulsion utilizing the cavitation effect”, “ Development of functionality of sour-milk drink utilizing sonochemistry”, ”Intensification of technologies of low-alcohol and nonalcoholic drinks utilizing the eco-extraction”. The creators are the Director of the Institute of Trade and Economic, prof. I.U. Potoroko, Candidates for a Doctor’s degree I.V. Kalinina, N.V. Naumenrko, N.V. Popova, I.V. Feklicheva, PhD students V.V. Botvinnikova, L.A. Cirulnichenko, R.I. Fatkullin. The cold medal was awarded associate professor of the department “ Facilities and and technology of food production” S.P. Merenkova.
More than 2000 exhibitors from 70 Russian regions and from 30 different countries take part in this exhibition “Zolotaya osen” annually. In 2015 all the Priority Development Fields of agroindustrial fields such as agricultural equipment, cattle breeding, poultry industry, fertilizers and crop protection agents were presented.
The main part of scientific and research results in the Institute of Trade and Economic are held with utilizing the electrophysial implications in the manufacture of functional food- the main stream of the department “Inspection and quality control of food production scientific research”. Head of the department of “Inspection and quality control of food production” says: “Such ambitious victory at the Russian wide exhibitions is the evidence of scientific achievements of Institute of Trade and Economic and South Ural state University”.
