Last week at All-Russian competition in mechanical engineering technology the students of Materials Processing Technology Department of South Ural State University branch in Kyshtym took the third place having left behind the students from Moscow and Kazan.
The team consisted of three students from group 567, graduates of 2013 of major 151001 "Mechanical Engineering Technology" - Irina Chernoskulova, Anton Renyov and Sergey Ustinov. Nina N. Suvorova, Associate Professor of the Department, accompanied students.
Having come back from the competitions the bronze medalists said that the given at the competition tasks they had never solved during their classes though the theoretical and practical knowledge obtained at Materials Processing Technology Department helped them to cope with the tasks and take the honorary third place.
