The goal of the Master’s degree academic programme 19.04.04 Production Technology and Catering Organization, major in Innovative Technologies in the Production and Organization of Catering Companies, is to help students form general-cultural, generalprofessional and profession-specific competencies in accordance with the requirements of the state standard.
