How to apply to SUSU?
Bachelor/Master/PhD level programmes

Send an email with the name of the programme and the documents (passport / diploma / school certificate) for preliminary consideration to applicant[at]susu[dot]ru

After the 20th of June submit the full package of documents and pass the entrance exams.

Receive the contract and sign it.
-
Pay the tuition fee by July 25, 2026 (to get enrolled and timely arrive in Russia.

Receive the visa invitation within 30-45 working days after full prepayment.

Start your studies on the 1st of September.

Preparatory course

Pay the tuition fee by August 20, 2026 maximum and get enrolled.

Receive the visa invitation within 30-45 days after full prepayment.
- Arrive and start studying offline not later than October 1, 2026.

What documents should be submitted?

Scan copies of your passport, diploma of the previous educational level (master's for PhD level programmes, bachelor's for Master’s degree , school certificate for Bachelor’s degree) together with the score list (transcript).

Certified (notarized) Russian translation of the documents.
***Apostille or legalization of certificate/diploma (if it is needed depending on the country of issuance)
