The project aims at improving the quality of training specialists for high-technology machinery productions within the frameworks of the Master Degree programs and programs on supplementary vocational education newly created in the Russian partner universities.
Project tasks include:
Developing and implementing the International Master Course Ensuring of Product Life Cycle Technological Processes Efficiency at the Russian partner universities;
Developing and implementing the programs on supplementary vocational education for specialists of industrial enterprises, and for professors and students of the universities for Ensuring of Product Life Cycle Technological Processes Efficiency at the Russian partner universities.
At SUSU the SUCCESS Project is being fulfilled by the Technology of Machine Building Department at the Mechanical and Technological Faculty under guidance of the Department Head, Dean of the Mechanical and Technological Faculty, Doctor of Sciences (Engineering) Viktor Ivanovich Guzeev.

Project aims at:
Developing ICT qualifications framework for Russia and Kazakhstan based on European approaches;
Creating a system of professional ICT training based on European quality control mechanisms;
Creating a network of computer science training centers in Russia and Kazakhstan;
Disseminating the results obtained in the process of the project’s fulfillment among the Russian and Kazakh universities.
Within the framework of this project internship at European ICT companies is planned for the Russian and Kazakh students trained at the computer science centers.
At SUSU the project is being fulfilled by the Department of Electronic Computing Machines at the Faculty of Computer Technologies, Control and Radio Engineering under the guidance of the Department Professor, Candidate of Sciences (Engineering) Igor Leopoldovich Kaftannikov.

On March 20-23, being the member of Project 5-100, SUSU represented the Russian Higher School at the largest educational forum of the Asia-Pacific region, Asian Pacific Association for International Education Conference and Exhibition. It was the twelfth time the most important professional education event for the Asia-Pacific region called together the specialists in the field of higher education of the world largest universities, which proved a steady increase in interest in the internationalization of universities.
Today, the project management system, actively implemented at the state level, is gaining popularity in Russia. Project management appears to replace the traditional functional management. Principles of project management are actively implemented both in government institutions and in the spheres of industry and business.

On March 30, the most impressive and highly anticipated youth festival "Student's Spring Festival 2017" begins. Creative teams of leading universities of the Chelyabinsk region will have been competing with each other for three weeks. The professional jury will choose the winners who will represent our region in May at the All-Russian Festival in Tula.
