South Ural State University offers a wide range of double-degree programs in partnership with the universities of the USA, Europe, and China.
Master’s double-degree programs: South Ural State University and Clark University (USA)

Management: IT Management
Management: Marketing Communications
After successful completion of the program, the student receives two diplomas (American and Russian). The programs offer intensive language training, evening studies (students have an opportunity to combine work with study), internships in American companies, and an opportunity to work in the USA for up to 12-36 months after the graduation to get even more experience.
Master’s double-degree programs: South Ural State University and Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT) (Finland)

Fundamentals of Computer Science and Information Technology
Electrical Engineering (Electric Drives and Electric Drive Systems)
Power Engineering (Complex Use of Renewable Energy Sources)

After successful completion of the program, the student receives two diplomas (Finnish and Russian). The programs offer intensive language training, evening studies (students have an opportunity to combine work with study), a SUSU scholarship and a LUT grant, and an opportunity to do PhD studies in LUT.

Конкурс «Физики против лириков» – интеллектуальная полемика, которая проходила в социальной сети «Вконтакте» в группе «Я люблю ЮУрГУ».
В течение трех недель в дискуссии принимали участие представители «физиков» и «лириков» – директора высших школ и институтов. Каждый из них высказывал свое мнение по заданной теме, а в комментариях студенты поддерживали ту или иную позицию.

The head of the SUSU Office of International Relations Artyom Ponomaryov took part in a Fulbright educational grant program. He talked about the opportunities, the three visits to American universities, and his ideas on how we can compete with them.

From May 2nd to 5th the 13th Russian club tournament of the Association of Student Sport Clubs Russia among Student Teams will be held in Chelyabinsk. Chelyabinsk is holding this event for the second time.
More than 240 students from all around Russia are taking part in this competition. The schedule for the Russian Club Tournament includes competition in 6 sport disciplines and testing for the ASSC student competition. The tournament also includes the first time ever (for this event) flatball competition among University teams.
