On March 7 the guys of Faculty of Journalism organized for their beautiful girls “date with a star”, prepared amazing gifts, lots of warm wishes and spring spirit.
That day all the girls could feel like the real princesses. They passed through “sweet hall” and every girl got her present with warm wishes and pleasant compliments of the guys from Faculty of Journalism.

This combination became possible due to the long-term cooperation of the Ural archeologists with their colleagues from Frankfurt am Main. The joint project has been already existing for more than five years; and it was decided to sum up the results at the International Conference "Natural Environment and Cultural Processes of the Bronze Age within the South Urals Territory" where the scientists from both countries and specialists from the USA, China and the UK took part.

On February 25 SUSU Academic Council made a decision to form Institute of Economics, Trade and Technology on the bases of Trade and Economic Faculty and Faculty of Food Technology. A new Institute will be headed by Professor and Doctor of Science (Economics) Irina Yu. Okolnishnikova.
Sarah Joseph, Chief Producer of "NatGeo" video programs, will hold the on-line discussion with SUSU students on "How to build a career following your dream".
The on-line meeting will take place on March 12 (Tuesday) at 17:00 in room 312 of the University building "Sigma".
