Do I need an official visa invitation? If you need a visa to enter the Russian Federation, you MUST have an official visa invitation with a “STUDIES” purpose of entry in it. You can apply for a visa invitation ONLY after prepaying the tuition fee. It will be issued in approximately 30 working days. Please note that the invitation is sent by the university, but it is processed by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the process cannot be advanced due to high demand. What are the accommodation conditions? SUSU campus is one of the best and the largest in Russia. The dormitory buildings are within walking distance of the educational buildings, various cafes, SUSU medical center, gyms and supermarkets. Comfortable dormitories offer shared rooms for 2-3 people. Cost: 1 800 RUB per month. Can I work while studying? NO, as a Foundation course student you are not allowed to work. Is partial payment available? NO. Full prepayment is required by August 25, 2025.
