Timetable of Events for SUSU International Students

The SUSU International Affairs Division in cooperation with Association of International Students  annually holds a lot of events. Among them, there are national culture days, acquaintance with Russian traditions and holidays, etc.

During the second semester, it is planned to hold a series of events which will favor for integration of foreign students into the new cultural and educational environment.

Christmas stories

A series of events including watching and discussion of Soviet’s movies, visiting ice skating arena and Christmas divinations.

Excursion to the Lesnaya Skazka (Forest Fairytale) hot springs

A trip to the Baden-Baden Lesnaya Skazka thermal resort in the protected Yetkul pine forest.

Maslenitsa

The event during which international students will take part in a master-class in frying pancakes and will learn about this holiday’s traditions.

AIS Mister and Miss of South Ural

Association of International Students (AIS) of South Ural will hold a talent contest during which the best students will be chosen.
