Description of the educational programme
The aim of the program to train HR managers for both large enterprises, small and medium businesses with in-depth knowledge of human resources management. Starting from the first year the structure of professional training includes the teaching of managerial, economic, legal and psychological disciplines, which allows you to master the necessary professional skills and then hone them in practice, which usually takes place in the personnel services of various organizations. Graduates have the necessary level of qualification to work in personnel departments of industrial, trade, transport, banking, insurance, tourism, judicial and executive organizations, military-industrial complex, educational and other fields of activity; in personnel and recruiting agencies, consulting firms, administration, employment services and social protection services.

Description of the educational programme
The educational program is developed on the basis of FSES 3+ taking into account needs of the regional labor market, traditions and achievements of scientific and pedagogical school of the University in accordance with requirements of the Federal legislation.
The field of professional activity of graduates of the Bachelor’s degree program includes forensic activities aimed at ensuring legal proceedings, prevention, disclosure and investigation of crimes and other offenses by using special knowledge to detect, fix, seize and study information stored on digital media necessary for establishing facts.
The aim of the educational program is formation of cultural, professional and special competencies in accordance with the requirements of the FSES 3+ and with a focus on the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively carry out professional functions in solving problems in the field of expert, informational, methodical, organizational, managerial, prophylactic and technical forensic activities.
Fields of study
Graduates of the specialist’s degree program gain all necessary skills related to:

Within the International Scientific and Educational Forum entitled «Communication Leader of the 21st Century, ISSH students majoring in Advertising and Public Relations and in Journalism held an information-and-intellectual battle called “A Hero’s Profile”. 13 марта в Южно-Уральском государственном университете уже в 20 раз прошел поэтический конкурс «Восхождение на Парнас», в котором приняли участие 11 молодых поэтов.
В этом году конкурс «Восхождение на Парнас» отмечает свой 20-летний юбилей. В честь этого события 13 марта на импровизированной сцене выступили не только новички, но и выпускники прошлых лет, которые продолжают заниматься литературным творчеством. Участники представили свои работы жюри, в состав которого вошли члены союза писателей России.
Студенты Южно-Уральского государственного университета стали призерами регионального этапа конкурса статистических постеров 2018-2019 гг. среди студентов вузов и учащихся школ (проводится один раз в два года, начиная с 2007 г.).
Конкурс был объявлен Международной ассоциацией статистического образования (IFSE) и Международным статистическим институтом (ISI) в рамках международного проекта повышения статистической грамотности населения (ISLP).
