Russian Draftee Day: the Partnership between SUSU and the Military Draft Office

Each year on November 15th, Russia celebrates the Russian Draftee Day. South Ural State University has a Military Training Centre which works closely with the Chelyabinsk Region Military Draft Office – the point of departure for every draftee.

The Military Training Centre is the only such centre in the region and one of 93 in the Russian Federation. At this time, the centre provides training for reserve officers, sergeants, and soldiers for the tank, missile, artillery and communications forces, as well as the Russian Armed Forces Service for Protection of State Secret.

SUSU Is Ready to Host the Global Smart Industry Conference

November 17-19, 2020, the 2020 Global Smart Industry Conference is being held at South Ural State University.

The conference is held jointly with the digital industry leader EMERSON Corporation, USA; International Measurement Confederation (IMEKO); International Research and Engineering Society of Instrument Engineers and Metrologists; and the Siberia Section and the South Ural Chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Online Event, South Ural Days of Philosophy, to Be Held at SUSU

Новое исследование в сфере логистики, которое поможет предприятиям определить эффективность реализуемых цепочек поставок на основе лизинга, провела коллаборация специалистов ЮУрГУ и ЮУрГГПУ. Они предложили новые методы, которые станут универсальным инструментом оценки и управления процесса.

На минувшей неделе в физкультурно-спортивном комплексе Южно-Уральского государственного университета состоялся турнир по волейболу среди иностранных студентов.

Юноши и девушки из разных стран мира активно принимают участие в спортивной жизни университета: проводят турниры по мини-футболу, баскетболу и волейболу, играют в бадминтон, настольный теннис. Специалист по работе с иностранными студентами УМС ЮУрГУ Валерия Чачина рассказала об организации спортивных мероприятий.

The All-Russian "Career Time" Campaign, that is one of the projects of the "Russia Is a Land of Opportunity" presidential platform, will take place on November 20 - 21.


SUSU is interested in its graduates to be employed and introduces students to leading employers in our region and our country during their studies. At the Media in Modern World. 59th Petersburg Readings scientific forum held at St Petersburg University, and in which staff members of the SUSU Institute of Media, Social Sciences and Humanities took part, the Director of the Institute of Media, Social Sciences and Humanities (IMSSH) Lidiya Lobodenko became a member of the Presidium of the Academic Methodological Council on Advertising and Public Relations.

17-19 ноября 2020 в Южно-Уральском государственном университете пройдет Международная научная конференция «Цифровая индустрия: состояние и перспективы развития 2020».

Конференция проводится совместно с лидером цифровой индустрии корпорацией EMERSON (США), Международной конфедерацией по измерениям (IMEKO), Международным научно-техническим обществом приборостроителей и метрологов, Сибирским отделением и Южно-Уральским филиалом Института инженеров электротехники и электроники (IEEE).

Студенты Южно-Уральского государственного университета приглашаются к участию в Российско-Казахстанском молодежном форуме «Цифровизация науки», который пройдет в формате онлайн.

В программе форума планируется проведение пленарного заседания с участием почетных гостей и работа по двум секциям, связанным с цифровизацией науки и перспективами развития молодежного сотрудничества в научно-образовательной сфере.
