Today, the 18th International Youth Congress on Advertising and Public Relations called “Media PROFILE” started its operation at SUSU within the Communication Leader of the 21st Century Scientific and Educational Forum.
The aim of the program is to combine knowledge in the field of physics, mathematics, biology, and medicine, necessary for a deep understanding of the phenomena of nature, which are the basis of methods of treatment, diagnosis, and research of the human beings.
The physics program will highlight the fields of physics needed to understand optical techniques, including laser techniques, ultrasonic techniques, radiography, nuclear magnetic resonance, and an overview of the fundamental laws of physics. The block of mathematical disciplines is designed to understand the mathematical methods required in physics, biology, and medicine.
The block of biomedical disciplines is designed for a deep understanding of the characteristics of the human being, its structure, and development. The block includes subjects of various fields of biology, which are necessary for the formation of a systematic understanding of the processes in a living organism. Special attention is focused at cell and molecular biology, as knowledge of these disciplines allows us to choose the most effective physical method. And the study of these disciplines is primarily focused on the impact of physical methods on biomolecules and cells.
The program is designed for professionals with a basic knowledge of physics, mathematics, and biomedicine. It is aimed at training specialists who understand the basic principles of physical methods that are used in practical medicine for diagnosis and treatment, as well as in fundamental medicine for the study of the human being and the development of new methods of diagnosis and therapy.

On March 21st a celebration of Nowruz will be held at South Ural State University. The attendees will learn about the traditions of the Turkic peoples and will see the performances by SUSU international students in national garments.
Nowruz is the most important holiday of the year for many nations in Asia celebrating the coming of spring and of the New Year under solar calendar. It coincides with the vernal equinox, which falls on March 20th-21st every year, and symbolizes the beginning of new life and nature rejuvenation.
March 12th and 13th a competition was held as part of the Praise to Men of Labour! federal project at Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University with support from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Chelyabinsk Region. A SUSU student became a prize winner as one of the best participants under the category of the Best Metallurgical Engineer.

Соревнования в рамках федерального проекта «Славим человека труда!» проходили 12-13 марта на базе Магнитогорского государственного технического университета им. Г.И.Носова при поддержке Министерства образования и науки Челябинской области. Студент ЮУрГУ стал призером конкурса, став одним из лучших в номинации «Лучший инженер-металлург».
21 марта в Южно-Уральском государственном университете состоится празднование Навруза. Зрителей ждут знакомство с традициями тюркских народов и выступления иностранных студентов ЮУрГУ в национальных нарядах.
Навруз – это главный праздник в году у многих народов Азии, обозначающий наступление весны и Нового года по солнечному летоисчислению. Он совпадает с днем весеннего равноденствия, которое ежегодно приходится на 20-21 марта, и символизирует начало новой жизни и обновление природы.
