Educational Programs of SUSU are Among the Best in Russia

The Accreditation in Education All-Russian Informational and Analytical Journal evaluated educational programs of South Ural State University. Experts of the ranking were representatives of academic community of Russia’s higher education institutions.

By the results of expert voting within the Best Programs of Innovative Russia project, 15 main educational programs of SUSU were listed among the best in the Russian Federation.

SUSU Listed in RAEX Ranking

RAEX Rating Agency (RAEX-Analytics) has for the fourth time prepared the rankings of universities by reputation within broad fields. For several years now the status of South Ural State university in this ranking has been stable.

Every year the lists of Top 50 universities are published for the fields of “Engineering, Natural Sciences and Mathematics” and “Economics and Management”, as well as of Top 10 universities for the fields of “Mathematics and Natural Sciences”, “Technical Sciences, Engineering and Technologies”, “Humanities and Social Sciences”, and “Medicine”.

SUSU Creates Electron Shields for Protection against Electromagnetic Radiation

The space surrounding us is literally pierced with electromagnetic radiation and magnetic fields of natural and artificial origin. Even a short electromagnetic pulse is enough to knock equipment of any level of complexity out of operation. Candidate of Sciences (Physics and Mathematics) Aleksey Trukhanov, who is senior research fellow at the SUSU Nanotechnologies Research and Education Centre, is studying electrolytic films to create electromagnetic and magnetic shields capable of neutralizing the radiation.
