SUSU Scientists Conduct Unique Research of Antimony Organic Compounds

 

In a man’s life, modern chemistry plays a huge role. Success of many branches of human activity such as power engineering, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, light and food industry, etc. greatly depends on the condition and development of chemistry. Meanwhile in chemistry, there is still a lot of unclear and undiscovered. New areas of old science, new substances, new methods for their obtaining and research keep appearing constantly.

“Nature of Freiberg and Nature of Chelyabinsk” Photo Exhibition Opens at SUSU

 

On October 10th “Nature of Freiberg and Nature of Chelyabinsk” photo exhibition opened at SUSU within the framework of the German modern culture festival “German Days”. The Festival organization is supported by the German Embassy in Moscow. This year’s Festival held in Chelyabinsk is devoted to ecological issues, and its slogan is “To city ecology via ecology of consciousness”.

Student life at SUSU is not just educational process, but also active leisure, unforgettable events, and, of course, creativity! What do our students live up to? They take part in city, regional, all-Russian and international contests, conquer new places and soar to new heights. Just imagine, at SUSU there are 23 performance groups, more than 24 sports clubs and a wide range of student organizations. Development of students’ creative life is the responsibility of the Extracurricular Activity Department and the SUSU Art Center. Each year the university organizes more than 200 events. Among them are well-known traditional contests Mister and Miss SUSU, whose contestants compete in beauty, intelligence and creativity. Members of KVN (Club of the Funny and Inventive People) teams even perform at the all-Russia level, and event poster of SUSU amazes by the variety of events. Participation in different kind of events can bring you additional points in your portfolio of the TOP-500 ranking of the Rector. Therefore, you can increase your scholarship to a larger amount. Успехи многих отраслей человеческой деятельности, таких как энергетика, металлургия, машиностроение, лёгкая и пищевая промышленность и других, во многом зависит от состояния и развития химии. Однако в химии до сих пор так много неясного и неоткрытого. Постоянно появляются новые области старой науки, новые вещества, новые методы их получения и исследования.

SUSU at a Glance

There are 240 bachelor’s programs, 150 master’s programs, 24 specialist programs and 86 post-graduate studies programs at SUSU. SUSU creates its own modern means of education. This is more than 4000 training work benches, computer simulators and trainers, computers of various types and variations for the university’s professional areas of training. At SUSU, modern forms of distance learning have been developed – e-learning and b-learning – as well as massive distance learning courses in the MOOC format.

В ЮУрГУ открылась фотовыставка «Природа Фрайберга и природа Челябинска»

 

10 октября в ЮУрГУ состоялось открытие фотовыставки «Природа Фрайберга и природа Челябинска» в рамках фестиваля современной немецкой культуры «Дни Германии». Фестиваль проходит при поддержке Посольства Германии в Москве. В этом году фестиваль в Челябинске посвящен теме экологии и проводится под девизом «От экологии сознания к экологии города».

Героями становятся: в ЮУрГУ открылась фотовыставка, посвященная Героям РФ

 

10 октября в холле 3 этажа Главного корпуса ЮУрГУ открылась фотовыставка «Герои Российской Федерации. Челябинская область». Выставка посвящена выдающимся людям, которые родились или служили на Южном Урале.

Организаторами мероприятия выступила челябинская региональная общественная организация участников боевых действий «РОДИНА» и Факультет военного обучения ЮУрГУ. Почетными гостями стали матери и вдовы Героев России.
