Description of the educational programme

This Master’s degree programme aims at training specialists for research-and-development and design-and-engineering activities in the fields intensive designing of the rocket and space equipment facilities, as well as the fields research in: aero-hydro-gas-mechanics, heat exchange, strength, structural dynamics and motion.

The graduates who have mastered this programme are ready to solve the following professional tasks:

  • with the consideration to the system approach, developing the mathematical models describing the processes occurring  in the items of the rocket-and-space equipment;
  • performing mathematical modelling of the tasks on the optimal designing of missiles, spacecraft, life-support systems, launching complexes and technological processes, experimental simulation of the situations occurring during launching, launch ascent and travel of missiles and spacecraft;
  • engineering and supervising the engineering of the designs of the rocket-and-space equipment items.
