A concert dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Ballroom Dance Ensemble headed by the Honoured Worker of Culture Tatiana Zenina will take place at South Ural State University.

For twenty years now, the ensemble has been a constant participant of the university celebrations, city events and festive programs. The Ballroom Dance Ensemble is a Grand Prix winner and laureate of international, all-Russian, regional and city festivals in choreography in the “dance show” or “show program” categories.

The updated monthly list includes 50 leaders of institutions of higher education.

Information days for international students have been held at the Sigma university complex. Traditionally, the event takes place in October–November, but this academic year the event has been postponed due to the pandemic.

 

"First-year undergraduate and graduate students have a unique opportunity to ask their questions regarding their stay in Russia and at the university. For this purpose we have specially gathered all the specialists in one room", comments Olga Yaroshenko, Vice-Rector for International Relations.

At the end of February 2021, a textbook on the “Theory of English Grammar" was released by the Publishing Centre of South Ural State University. The author of the textbook is the Head of the Department of Linguistics and Translation Studies of the Institute of Linguistics and International Communications, Doctor of Sciences (Philology) Tamara Khomutova.
