
Supporting and retaining talents in regions will become one of the most important results of the work of the World-class Ural Interregional Research and Education Centre for Advanced Industrial Technologies and Materials. An increase in the number of high-tech jobs and the volume of production of innovations will help achieve the goals. This was stated by the First Deputy Vice-Rector for Science of Ural Federal University named after the First President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin (UrFU) Vladimir Kruzhaev at the round table “Leadership of Russian Regions in the World Scientific Agenda”.
