The Chelyabinsk Innovators at the International Education Fair

On November 7-10, the second Ufa International Education Fair took place in the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Innovations for Kids the South Ural company attended the event. This small innovations company, the co-founder of which is SUSU, is the Russian producer of interactive complexes for children.

The Fair works in the format of festival and consists of several sections: exhibitions, business forum, interactive zone, series of workshops, and consultations. The main purpose of the event is to unite the professionals in the field of new educational technologies in order to discuss the issues of the sphere modernization and increase of services quality.  

A large section of exhibitors presented the field of inclusive education and IT-technologies in education. Innovations for Kids company took part in the presentation of the project session “Russian Producer of Educational and Upbringing Means”, which was developed and carried out by fund of technical support of education “Navigator of Educational Technologies” with the support of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The company presented there an interactive sandbox and Play and Progress mobile games block. These complexes work on the basis of augmented reality. Moreover, the interactive sandbox presented its new mode for the visually impaired children and an interface in the Bashkir language.

“Our products are highly demanded by the audience. The visitors could create their own volcanic mountains and depart to the underwater world study. For children, this education is a game and for teachers, it is a possibility to mix up the classes. First, adults and children stood still near the interactive complexes and then they began to create with delight. It was a pleasure to hear the positive comments from teachers. It is very important for us because we work for this,” shared his thoughts Dmitry Andreev, Director of the company.  

Interactive complexes are used in kindergartens, at schools, development centres, sports halls, and relaxation rooms. They are used in 6 countries and at more than 1500 Russian institutions. The company works with educational and medical institutions in order to make the interactive complexes as comfortable and multifunctional as possible.
