SUSU Opens Summer Schools–2018

Summer schools start at South Ural State university on June 4; school students of 8-10 grades of Chelyabinsk’s education institutions are to take part in the project. Organizer is the SUSU Faculty of Pre-university Training.

School students will have classes in social and economic, social and humanitarian, physical and mathematical, chemical and biological, and chemical areas. Besides, this year the program has been supplemented with a new Internet of Things training course  provided by the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and two programs provided by the Institute of Linguistics and International Communication. For school students of the 8th grade there will be pre-profile conversances so that in the future they could make the right choice of their profession.

As per tradition in the frameworks of the project, a platform at which one of the university’s Departments has been successfully operating will be organized on the grounds of Reginas automobile complex. School students will attend courses and learn about work of services and subdivisions of dealer automobile centers of the complex.

This year, the project is divided into 3 sessions: from 4th till 22nd of June. As of today, more than 600 participants has already registered; 15 education institutions of Chelyabinsk are going to take part in the project.
